Esperanto-Stacio, a historic train station, is a versatile venue for gatherings, from meetings and conferences to family reunions. With three main spaces for groups of up to 150 people, as well as smaller meeting rooms, two renovated flats for up to 25 guests, and catering services, we offer a complete event solution.
Our venue boasts three distinct main spaces that can be utilized individually or in combination: the former restaurant, the ticket offices, and the passenger hall, accommodating groups of varying sizes, with a maximum capacity of up to 150 people. Additionally, we offer well-equipped meeting rooms for smaller groups.

The old train station pub has been transformed into a modern 50 m² space. Up to 50 guests can be accommodated for conferences; with tables, about 25 can participate.
Ateliero
“Ateliero” is a 38 m² learning environment with a lounge, pantry, and restroom. Mobile furniture and modern technology create a space for training and workshops. Natural light and high ceilings provide a pleasant work environment.
Biletejo
“Biletejo” is a creative 57 m² space in the former reception area of Halbe Station. It offers a unique environment for shared experiences and serves as a communication zone between “Festejo” and “Ateliero.”
EVENTS ROOMS
For overnight stays, we provide two comfortable flats that can house up to 25 guests. Each flat features four bathrooms, two kitchens, a terrace, and two meeting rooms. These flats, formerly occupied by the station's manager and workers, have been meticulously renovated to meet modern standards.

LIDJA
In the past, the stationmaster lived here with a direct view of the unique Kaiserbahnhof. Now it is a freshly renovated and comfortable group apartment with modern furnishings and historical charm. We have also preserved some furnishings and walls as they were last encountered, so a touch of the Kaiser era and a touch of the GDR remain, while providing the conveniences of our time. There are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, fast WiFi in all rooms, central heating, kitchen and an elegant living room suitable for small meetings.
The three bedrooms together have 10 beds (4+4+2), so the apartment is also perfect as a friendly and affordable accommodation for groups and families.

APARTMENTS
The former railroad workers apartment is freshly renovated and offers modern standards, such as a spacious bathroom, fast wifi in all rooms, central heating and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. The living room is also suitable as a seminar and meeting room and has a beautiful view over the station life Despite the modernization, historical elements and the original floor plan have been preserved, so that life in the station can be experienced authentically. The apartment is named after the inventor of Esperanto, Ludwig Zamenhof.
